The ship is beautiful. Overall, we had a wonderful time. I was very happy to see that smoking areas have been reduced and that smoking is now contained in the casino. On past cruises, I would not spend any time in the casino due to the smoking. I was also happy to see that the Waterfront was also non-smoking. On a previous cruise on the Getaway, I was not able to enjoy this area due to the permitted smoking.
I had a spa balcony and did make use of the thermal suite. It was wonderful. However, NCL should put a policy in place regarding use of the heated beds. There were guests that reserved these loungers for nearly the entire day. A limit of 30 minutes would allow more guests to enjoy this feature.
I really enjoyed all of the entertainment, especially Beatlemania, Jersey Boys, and Prohibition the Muscial. Havana, however, needs work.

Pretty much a standard balcony cabin. The sofa was so close to the closet it was challenging at times.
The bed was extremely hard. Half way through the cruise I asked the cabin steward to see if something could be done. A comforter was added under the sheet. This helped some.
Our cabin steward Jeanette was wonderful.

We did the drive through safari. It was interesting to see the animals. The majority of the excursion was sitting on the bus.
