This was my 24th cruise with various companies - my favorite being Princess. I think because this was only a 5 night, it makes a difference in most ways. This ship is definitely ready for refurbishing. My bed was hard and lumpy but the room layout is very good. The card room looks like no one ever cleans in there and the drapes are pathetic. The cinema seats will leave you in pain, literally.

As for the food, it was pretty good if not monotonous. Breakfast menu never changes in the dining room, Lunch buffet changes very little. Dinner was pretty good but salads are lacking.

Service in the dining room was excellent as was our room steward. In fact, I have no complaints with service anywhere on the ship and they were pleasant too.
