My first and LAST cruise! My kids left bawling from kids area pleading not to be sent there again after first visit. Staff actually put my son in a “time out” for talking too much!! We talked to management and they went a second time, maybe first experience was too traumatic but they were not excited about anything they had to offer and felt more like abandonment to them on a vacation than fun.

Room was nice but do NOT choose sky class suites. You will pay top dollar and be treated like basic room. Might as well lower your standards and expect lines like the cheapest tickets because they only cater to diamond class. Sky class while several thousand dollars more expensive, does NOT get you better service!

The personal “concierge service” that came with sky class was two people who couldn’t care less about our kids or the problems we incurred on this trip. Again, absolutely would NOT recommend royal Caribbean to anyone!!
