If you are considering this cruise, ignore all the negative reviews. We have been on more than a dozen cruises, on different lines, and this cruise ranks near the top. The ship is clean and has all the amenities needed for an enjoyable voyage. The crew was very accommodating, friendly and knowledgeable. Our stateroom (penthouse with large balcony) exceeded our expectations and Roland, our butler, was very helpful as was our room steward Conrado. Yes, we splurged for the penthouse but it was probably not necessary as we were off the ship seeing the sights all day, every day. The ship- sponsored shore excursions were excellent (worth the few extra dollars rather than chance a questionable excursion arranged at the port). Road to Hana Deluxe is a must in Maui. The Director's Cut in Kauai was very enjoyable and the Molokini Snorkel Tour was amazing. The restaurants on board were very good and the specialty restaurants were excellent. Only saw one shipboard show (magician) which was very entertaining. Most days we had a full day of sightseeing, a late dinner then bed. This was our fourth trip to Hawaii and we can never get tired of the magnificent weather, friendly residents and beautiful scenery. Our pre-cruise stay at Hilton Hawaiian Village Resort was awesome and we were treated to a fireworks display viewed from our very comfortable room. This cruise lets you visit the four major islands without the hassle of independent travel. At the end of the day, your ship awaits you with fine dining, entertainment and a comfortable cabin.
