We had been warned by our travel agent that this was an Italian cruise line and things would be different, especially the meals. She was right.
The Divina is a beautiful ship. Embarkation was smooth and went quickly. The staff was polite but not overly friendly. They do not seem to interact with the passengers like staff on other cruise lines. Of all the cruises we have been on, we saw the cruise director, Jerome, the least of any cruise director on past ships.
Bingo was a single game. The first time offered they had a snafu with the computer shutting down during the game so all info ended up being lost and the game needed to be restarted. We did not play again after that and I think many others avoided it also.
A very nice cabin. However, if you want wash cloths you have to ask for them. We did not meet our room steward until the third day of the cruise, which was unusual for us also as normally they greet you on the first day.
