I was on this trip with a casino group. I am disabled and during embarkation there was no one to assist with the carryon bags or to help find the stateroom. Throughout the cruise, ship employees only interacted with the you for the purpose of selling something to you. They have someone convince you that shoe inserts will help with you back and hip problems. They sell you a $200 pair of inserts and make an appointment for 72 hours later to make sure they are working. When you go back and tell them that because of your neuropathy they are just too painful to use, you are told you need to wear them more so your feet get used to them. Then you say you have been wearing them at all times except sleeping you are told to wear less. They then say that the box the inserts are in tell you you cannot return them so you end up stuck with junk that cost you $200! There are just a bunch of cons on this ship trying to sell you junk at crazy prices. A picture taken of you at dinner the first night they want to sell for $25! The one from your cell phone is better.

They also will not take care to protect you from illness or make right when you find plastic in your soup or eggshells in your eggs. My roommate had Norovirus and I asked that they tell her she should stay in her room so as not to infect anyone else on the ship. She was allowed to continue going to the buffet, dining room, casino and any part of ship she desired. I feel they did not quarantined was because she was spending much in the casino so was allowed to continue throughout the ship until the day before disembarkation. Many could have gone home and became sick due to this. Princess is not interested in or concerned for anything except the dollars they can get from the passengers. Beware of what you eat and touch.

I will say that when you are selecting dining, ask where Bennie Soriano and Jeffrey Mazadarano will be the waiters. Those guys are professional, knowledgeable, helpful, intelligent and very entertaining. They are superb waiters that are the best part of the cruise.

Cabin Review

Balcony

Cabin BC

Cabin was average and if the twin beds were not hard boxes it could have been comfortable.

Princess Cays

Beautiful but not for people that have limited mobility.
