This ship really needs to be refurbished. ALL the windows on the ship were dirty and you could not see through them. The main pool was super super tiny. There were 4 hot tubs and they were not hot. They were warm at best, but mostly cold. While at the pool they would play hawaiian music. Which was nice for a bit, but this was very single day. The last day of this ship they finally brought out a DJ who played regular music and everyone was up singing and dancing. It should've been that way the whole trip.
There were a variety of restaurants but more than half were not included in the price you paid for the vacation. These "speciality restaurants" were an extra fee to eat at. The buffet was open to all, all day long, but the variety of food was slim to none. The food was also usually stale, the hot food was cold and the seating in the restaurant was very crowded and clearly not enough.
The shore excursions were great, but many of them were over priced. A trip to the beach was $80 pp and they only give you a chair. We took a taxi for much cheaper and saved the money.
The spa was wonderful, but the location of the spa on the ship is very hard to find and it is odd to walk through people working out to get there.
The cabin was alright, the window was dirty and we could not see anything out of it. Also, there should be more outlets in the rooms.
Great luau. Lots of people and lots of fun. They truly make it a Hawaiian experience. The food was delicious!View All 103 Luau Reviews
