With so many negatives I feel obligated to leave a review. Our group of 15 had a great time. We had fun. The only reason for 4 stars is the itinerary. Two of the four stops were too short to really enjoy. I would prefer 3 longer stops than 4 with such short stops. The kids go free was a great perk when we booked. Ship is beautiful and our whole group enjoyed the short shows. They do not really have a story line, but they were fun to watch. Butchers Cut is a must. The other specialities are good, but Butchers Cut was great. 3 of our 4 kids loved the kids club. Our youngest did not want to go as much, but I think that is because of her not them. Room steward was great. Dining staff was very friendly as well. Water park on board was a great time for the kids and the adults. Plenty of room on board to spread out. If you can't find a deck chair then get off your lazy butt and go look around. There were always plenty. They did a great job with the outdoor space on this boat. I would like to try a cruise with just adults, but it went well for our family.
