First time on Norwegian and the last. Getting on the ship was unorganized they kept announcing they were having computer issues. The staff was rude and really acted unfriendly. Our toilet clogged 3 phone calls. It was unclogged from outside no one came to our room to remove the dirty wet towels or clean our floor. We had to pick up toilet over flow towels and put them in plastic bag in the hall. The entire row of toilets on our floor were clogged cleaners werent sent out to clean The handwashing areas often had soap that didn't work. They squinted your hands with a soaray bottle on the way into the buffet. No handwashing stations the entire environment was very unclean. The food that was include was frozen poor quality food. I left my meal unfinished several times. When asking staff questions they often just said they didnt know the answer. It was a common theme to hear other passengers complain of the rude staff. I will never use this cruise line again.
