We went early and explore Quebec City before the cruise. Our hotel-Hotel Le Priori was centrally located and we walked everywhere. Go the the L'Oriyin restaurant which offered organic and local food.
The pier was just two blocks away from our hotel and we walked to the ship on embarkation day. The ship was nice and clean with lots of space for quiet reading and sitting. However, there were not too many things to do in the evening! You can sit and listen to music, but no places to go if you want to go dancing or stay up late. BB Kings was very loud! We went a few times just for something to do, but ended up with headaches each time. The two gentlemen playing at the Bill Board were good, but you just sit around a large area and listen. Crow's nest used to be a nice place to go to for good music and late night drinks. Crow's Nest is now centrally located for people wanting to sit, drink coffee, read and do puzzles. We go up there for the happy hours. So the ship did not offer too much choices for people to choose from in the late evening other than casino. We watched a lot of shows and movies on the TV. Thank goodness we booked a balcony on deck six. At least we could go out and sit when the weather was nice.
The shows on board the ship were goods and the staff friendly. Everyone in the dining room were excellent and tried hard to accommodate.
Excellent cabin! No one looks down at you from above.
Great city to visit. Lots of places to see and lots of restaurants to try.
Great little town. The local arts and crafts were excellent and very reasonable.
