We wanted to see the island of Cuba for many years and finally got to. It did not disappoint.
NCL helped with the Visa and provided a lot of information about the island before you disembark. The ship is one of the smaller ships in the NCL lineup but it was renovated in 2018 and very well organized. Very few times did we ever stand in line at the buffet and when we did there were just a couple of folks ahead of us. They always had a full schedule of things to do onboard during the days at sea. The staff was awesome. They were always so kind and friendly and went out of their way to make sure you had everything you needed to enjoy your cruise. The only reason I rated this trip a "Good" instead of "Excellent" was I thought they were a bit lacking in the options of shore excursions at a couple ports. Other than that I would recommend this cruise to everyone.
Had a great view from the balcony. Our room was just a short distance from the bow of the ship. Only negative was that our balcony only faced the port side of docking on two stops and the rest of the time we were left looking out into the ocean. Don't know if you can find out ahead of cruise which cabins face the land or not. Probably varies with each captain and how the want to dock the ship.
Good tour
