The staff were rude and smug. Bugs in my room, Lost my luggage for 2 days, food was mediocre at best. Buffet was like herding cattle The bartenders were overworked and understaffed. MSC needs to go back to Italy and stay out of the cruise ship business.I was on my honeymoon and treated like second class passengers. You had to stand in long lines to get things resolved. There were a lot of frustrated passengers on board the ship. Could not get Wi-fi to work another 2 hours in line. Wrong reservations to dinner stand back in line. Looking for luggage stand in line. Port of calls were great except Colon, Panama. We were suppose to go to Cristonbal Panama but was re-directed to Colon. What a crap hole. Panamanian police advised us to stay close to ship and not get out of eye sight of ship. Why would MSC take us to this place knowing that how dangerous this place is. I have been to third world countries and never felt in danger before. I e-mailed MSC and told them of my concerns and about my experience and they offered me $100 off my next cruise. That was another slap in the face. I can not get back my honeymoon nightmare and would not take another MSC cruise if it was FREE. Do your homework and read these reviews because i wish i had. Buyer beware you have been warned

Balcony Stateroom

Cabin B1

Bugs in room and lied to my face and said no other rooms were available. Passenger standing next to me upgrades to empty balcony room which is what i had paid for. Woman behind counter told me none were available after i complained the first ten minutes in our room Rm #10191
