We arrived in Nobile AL the morning of the cruise. We found the Port and it was too early to get in so we went for breakfast. We went back to the port around 10am and they were letting us in the parking structure. This was the easiest luggage drop off we have experienced so far. When we pulled in the parking structure the attendants were waiting to grab the bags from the cars and then we went and parked. We had paid online for our parking so there was no headache with that. Once we got through check in and on the boat the staff were all smiles and helpful as always. We were excited to try Guy's Burgers and Blue Iguana b/c we hadn't had those on our previous cruises. The food did not disappoint the food was amazing at both. The Muster drill was much shorter than any of the previous ones. My group was taken into one of the theaters and they went through all of the normal stuff. They told us that it was no longer required for us to go outside and stand by the life boats and do that part of the muster drill which was good with me b/c I had a sleeping 3yo on me. Embarkation was very smooth. The first night in the MDR we met our head waiter Alvin he was amazing! We requested him for the rest of the week. He is by far the best we have ever had. When we would see him on the Lido he would even call us by our first names. My 3yo only ate dinner with us the first night then the rest of the week he dined with the kids camp. Alvin would ask about him every night. We have never had someone that was so warm and welcoming and made you feel a personal connection with them. All of our dinning experiences were GREAT! The food was amazing and the service was the best we have ever had.

The entertainment could of used a lot of work. There were 2 comedians...one was Cowboy which we had seen a few years ago. He had the same material as he did 2 years ago which was off putting to me and it's not as funny once you've heard them previously. There was another guy comedian as well and I don't even remember his name but he wasn't funny either. We went to the Country show and the British show and left both shows. The singers were HORRIBLE....there were better singers in karaoke than Carnival was paying. The guy at the Piano Bar was amazing...he was definitely the best that we have had.

Our room steward did a great job I think he was the best so far as well. All of the staff on the boat was very eager to help!

The cabin was what I thought it would be. It was clean and exactly what we needed a place to sleep and shower.
