Let me start by saying that the workers on Royal Caribbean ie. the housekeeping, the food staff etc. were absolutely incredible from the day we came onto the ship to the day we left. Royal Caribbean management, however, is an absolute disgrace. They do not care about their customers. They advertised this cruise as the "Best of Cuba Cruise." However, two weeks before the sailing they relayed that one of the Cuban ports was cut out and replaced with Key West. We paid $300.00 for an excursion in Havana, Cuba with the promise of being in an American Classic Car for the tour. Well we spent 45 minutes in the car and the rest of the 6 hour tour in a greyhound bus. Not only that but we also had to pay the $75.00 for the Cuban visa to enter the country. Royal Caribbean advertised that were were going to be in a beautiful car but instead we spent it on a big bus. They advertised a shoddy tour and did not deliver what was promised. Then...we only spent about 12 hours in Cuba (3:00 pm-5:00 am) and they tried calling it an overnight trip. Unless you're going to a nightclub, there's nothing to do in Havana after about 11 pm.

I have also cruised before and have to say that Empress of the Seas was the most underwhelming and boring ship ever. There is nothing to do on the ship. There's one pool that gets pretty packed during the day. They have shows here and there but not as many as other ships do. The gym is terribly small and gets packed so don't plan on getting a decent workout in.

I attempted to talk with management and was shrugged off and bounced around from person to person. Each person I talked to had no idea what to do or what to even say.
