The price was very good. Also I have always cruised on Carnival and wanted to try another Cruise Line. The entire ship was so hot it was miserable. Difficult to sleep in the room because it was so hot. The prior occupants of the room must have wet the bed because the entire mattress smelled like urine and had to be replaced. I have to ask our room attendant for ice 4 times before we ever received it. Out of the four days on the ship our cabin attendant only made one towel one time. Carnival made animal towels everyday. We did not get a drink package so we drank a lot of water and lemonade. The lemonade was very weak and tasteless. We will stick with Carnival cruises from here out. We have never had a bad experience on Carnival Cruises. We were also ready to get off the ship. Don't want to ever do that again. So sad that we wasted four days of our vacation not happy.

The ship was very hot at all times no matter where you went on it. Especially the cabin. The temperature in the cabin was about 80 degrees which was difficult to sleep in. The mattress on the top bunk had urine on it and had to be replaced. The toilet stopped flushing after we got to Port. Overall worst cruise I have ever been on out of 7 cruises which six were with Carnival. I will stick with Carnival Cruise Lines from here on out. Not a good experience at all with Royal Caribbean. Very disappointed.
