We have cruised 11 times with NCL and have certain expectations. As a mini-suite customer I felt that we were seeing the end of season service from the Epic staff overall. Our cabin steward was excellent, never received a visir from any other service providers - we received daily service on our Alaska cruise two years ago -

With 4500 passengers, I felt the staff was stretched thin to meet the needs of the customer base. I always had this feeling that the crew was looking forward to their transatlantic crossing in one week and was going thru the motions.

Once again, the casino was smoke filled - Moderno and Lebistro was very good. The garden cafe needs to have some variety in its menu. The entertainment was excellent- the excursions were very good, but as usual, over priced and too much travel time.
