The cruise was good with the exception of embarkation which was of Stone Age level. Despite being diamond+ level it took us nearly 90 minutes to get from quayside to boarding. On recent cruises on the Ovation it took roughly 15 minutes due to having most of the paperwork , photographs etc. entered on computer at home. There was no staggering of arriving guests so everybody seemed to arrive at once causing long queues.

The ship was good as was the food in MDR and Windjammer with the waiters all excellent.

The officers could learn a lot from the keenness of the Filipino , Indonesian etc. staff. The specialty restaurants were also good, especially Izumi with Davidjake.
