Sail Date: Oct 2018
Cabin: Aft-facing Balcony Stateroom

We decided to go to the Mexican Riviera on cruise ship Norwegian bliss. We upgraded to a balcony stateroom in the back of the ship, which was very nice. We sailed out of Los Angeles for a 7-day cruise. Condition of the cruise ship is very nice. Staff on board that works with the customers was very overworked but try to do their best. The food was mediocre and the desserts were poor but presentation of the overall food was very good. Our state room after four days we were writing notes in the dust on the mirrors to please. Clean the mayor. We had dinner at Manhattan room, Cagney’s steakhouse and the onboard buffet. Food was mediocre at best at the restaurants but surprisingly, the buffet was the best with the freshest food. This may sound like I bad mouthing the cruise ship truly when you pay as much money as we did our expectations were high, and we’re very disappointed with the whole experience. We are world travelers, and this is one of the worst experiences we have ever had. Investigate other cruise lines before you choose a Norwegian
