We chose the cruise for the itinerary, and got a good deal on a grand suite. Room and steward was great. Itinerary was great. Ship needs to be refreshed. It is clean, but needs updated especially Voom internet. Not worth the ridiculous price they ask for. In port Internet was practically non existent. At sea it worked half the time if you're lucky. Main dining room service was poor and disorganized. Likewise the food was poor. Chicken Cordon Bleu seriously tasted like Tysons cordon bleu you get at Sam's Club. Had dinner at Sabors and Chops which was good. The Windjammer was OK, but nothing outstanding. There is an area over the bridge that is largely unused wasted space. Could add a solarium like the Oasis class and have a nice usable area. Needs a water feature like the Liberty of the Seas. Some of the public area furniture was threadbare.
