I choose this cruise for shopping at the ports. Embarkation was disorganized and slow we stood in long lines in the hot sun being barked at by port police and listening to Carnival luggage handlers scream at one another. One handler requested a tip and then let us know that what we did give was unacceptable. Felt disriminated against for most services on board...ie ordering drinks, ignored in dining room, service in fun shops.. booked parasailing adventure in St Thomas and no one was there to take us upon arrival at the port. Walked up and down the Pier asking Carnival reps for assistance they were not interested in helping us. Attempted to get back on the ship and one worker directed us to the director of the shore excursions.. found parasailing tour guide and he said he had no room..we were scheduled for the first tour so not sure how that happened? We would have to wait until 1 hr after the last tour they had. We cancelled. I got sick after eating pizza on the ship and was told in order to get otc meds I would have to be quarantined and be reported to CDC. This was after several trips down to medical to find them closed during hours that they were supposed to be open. Long wait for service in dining room on every visit.. and tiny portions to top it off. Bingo was robbery .. trivia was ok. Quest and comedy were good....cabin was nice size..cruise director Malcolm was funny and service in the casino was good.
