This was my first cruise experience and I was initially a little skeptical. However, once on board, the entire experience was absolutely incredible. The entire staff on the ship were courteous, attentive and caring. I was amazed at how clean the ship was and how orderly the staff were in making sure the guests got on the ship safely. Our steward, Martin was amazing in providing me and my family of 8 with everything we needed to be comfortable in the cabins. The staff at the restaurants attended our tables with exceptional service! All of the eating establishments made sure sanitation was a priority providing hand sanitizers and wash areas.The crew provided so much entertainment and things to do on the ship keeping us all entertained from start to finish. My family and I are already planning our next cruise. The overall experience was one my entire family will never forget! !
