Well on the cruise, we had a great time! At the restraunts the waiters were amazing and one even gave my little cousin a oragami bird. The buffet was also a perfect option for when you want to eat a quick meal or have a variety of foods. Also the pools were kind of small and crowded but they were nice and clean. If you have young kids though it might be hard for them to swim since almost all the pools are at least 5ft deep, but they can always go in the toddler pool. The kids centers were also really fun and my little cousins kept begging to go. They had many fun activities like board games, Xbox, PlayStation, wii, braclett making, coloring, plus much more. The ship was overall really fun but we had some problems. First of all, one night we went to our room around 10 o’clock ready to go to bed and the door wouldn’t unlock since the battery died. We went to the front desk and told them what happened. We then went back to our room and waited outside for 40 minutes until someone came to fix it. They later gave us a bottle of wine for the inconvenience. I would have been fine with just this happening but then a couple days later me and my 7 year old cousin went back to his room while everyone was still at dinner. A group of workers then came to our room and asked us to see our room cards. After we showed them our cards they kept on asking us if we had anymore cards and where his parents were. This really scared my cousin and he wouldn’t even leave the room because he was so scared that they would still be there. We think that they came because they scanned my 5 year old cousins card twice and thought we brought someone onboard. However, they didn’t have to scare us. Also, when my uncle reported this issue they pretty much told him it was a safety issue so it didn’t matter that it didn’t matter how their employees acted. This makes sense, but they could have been more considerate. To top it all off, in my brother, aunt, and grandparents room on the last full day the floor was soaking wet and it smelled so much like seawater and mold that we couldn’t even go into the room. We reported it and they said that it was fine, their was just a leak in the room. Apperantly they didn’t think this was a big deal?

They then put a fan in the room, which fid nothing. When we went into the room later and looked behind the bed the wall paper and floor was all messed up under it. It obviously looked like the issue was a recurring problem. We then went to the front desk around 11:00 am and said they knew nothing about it. They then said the would look into it. When we came back from lunch the room was filled with workers. We then had to go back to the front desk because with all of those people in there and the bad smell no one could take showers, my grandparents couldn’t rest, and everyone still had to pack since your bags were suppose to be outside your room by dinner. At the front desk they said that they had an extra room that they could stay in. Finally around 4:00 they got into their room. However, the room only had one bed and there was 4 people. It took about another hour for them to find another open room. We pretty much wasted our whole day going to the front desk and asking when the room would be done. Overall, though we had many issues, it was still a great cruise and we had so much fun. If these things didn’t happen I would definitely go back!
