We booked last minute as we are business owners living in St Thomas. Celebrity was gracious enough to allow us to embark in St Thomas as this was its first stop from San Juan. We had never sailed on Celebrity and did little research before sailing. Dress code for dining was much more upscale than Royal Caribbean or Carnival. We live year round in St Thomas on our sailboat and did not come prepared for dress up every night.

We were disappointed but the GM of Qsine assisted us the first afternoon by suggesting dining at the premium restaurants which were not as restrictive regarding dress code. We purchased a 4 dinner package for $150 each. Our first evening we dined at Qsine and enjoyed the most entertaining meal we had ever had. The restaurant was very eclectic with a Beatle Juice like decor. The menu has about 20 different appetizer sized choices which were some of the most unique items I have ever chose from.

We dined at Qsine 3 out of our 6 nights on the ship and tried every item on the menu. Items ranged from filet to fish and chips. Our favorites were the lobster escargot, lava crab, filet, lamb chops all served Qsine style with a slight twist. Read more
