The highlight was supposed to be Cuba. One of the ports was cancelled. Staying overnight in Havana is a joke. It took 2 hours and 45 minutes to get off the ship which caused me to miss my tour that was booked outside of the cruise line. The ship is terrible and in desperate need of updating. When I think about it the ship is very similar to visiting Cuba. Stepping on the ship took me back to crusisjng 20 years ago. Please do not bring your children as they will be bored out of their minds. How many times can you take them rock climbing? The ship also had a terrible smell the first 4 days of the cruise. This is my first and last time sailing with RC. For me it speak s volume about the company that takes pride to ensure their guest’s have a consistent level of experience no matter which ship they sail. The crew was very nice and did their best but it was obvious they were tired of apologizing for the poor conditions of the vessel. Royal Carribean please take this ship out of service it is an embarrassment to your brand!!!
