What a wonderful experience. My wife and I have cruised 7 times and this cruise was the best by far. In fact, the experience was over-the-top. The food was amazing...we did not have a bad meal. The staff in the dining rooms could not have provided better customer service. They knew exactly what our preferences were and ensured that we were pampered every step of the way. The Ocean View Buffet was outstanding. I don't think you will find any other cruise ship that provides better variety and quality with respect to a buffet. This disembarkation was incredible. We were told we could start disembarkation at 7:00 a.m. We left at 7:05, hailed a taxi and were in the Miami airport by 7:25 a.m. (did not have to go through customs as the last port of call was in Key West and we went through customs in Key West). I wish I knew how they ingrained customer service into every crew members so that I could mirror in my own business.
