I usually only travel on RCCL however, family members found a great deal on this sailing. Worst decision ever, dirty, old, poor lighting, broken fixtures, unused rooms due to upcoming renovations, poor staffing, display of food, staff uniforms. Just because it an old ship doesn't mean they do not need to keep it clean. This ship should have been renovated years ago. Several broken drink dispenser on Lido deck, visible rust throughout the entire ship and unsanitary conditions. The staff uniforms were horrible they were dingy, old and faded in every area I saw staff. Items were placed on m th cousin bill that she didn't sign up for. ST.JUDES to be exact. I was very apprehensive about cruising with Carnivsl because of my previous experience but I gave it one last try. Never again I will stick with RCCl and enjoy my perks as a Emerald member.
