Though there was a good choice of tours, there was too much packed into the day. There was no time to browse. The Normandy day was long and not enough time at the museum if any..which is a shame because it was why we came. There was more time at the English Museum. The guide was very hard to understand. The Giverny tour was very good. The tour of Notre Dame was too short with no time to browse and the tour guide spoke to us as if we were children. The Rouen tour was very good and the tour guide was excellent. The food was ok. The staff on board was excellent . The evening entertainment was pleasant. Both embarkation and disembarkation was smooth except at the airport when leaving. We were left at the wheelchair station with no interpreter and nearly missed our flight. It was very stressful.
