We have taken two Viking river cruises and wanted to experience an ocean cruise with Viking. We were not disappointed!! It was even more than we hoped for in every aspect! T We enjoyed some time in a Villa before embarking. The new ship had everything we could have asked for in the line of amenities and entertainment and gracious living! We were spoiled!! We especially like the spa, infinity pool and the daily afternoon teas. The shore excursions were handled very well and very educational. Our post extension in Athens was equally fantastic-sights, food and always help from the Viking Reps.

The ship's food was fabulous and the entertainment was first rate. Embarkation went more smoothly than we thought possible. Our cabin, a deluxe veranda, was spacious and very comfortable. We traveled with two other couples and our rooms were adjacent to each other. Whenever we were in port, the staff came to turn down the veranda dividers so we could all visit without leaning over the dividers- we didn't even ask for them to do this. The staff and crew were always smiling and in good humor- at the ready to help and make our cruise a memorable one! And it was!!
