This is our second cruise on Seaside with the Yacht Club and the staff makes the experience outstanding. We had an interior cabin this go around and there was noise coming from above (kitchen staff) the first morning that woke us up. We notified the concierge and the Yacht Club Director Alessandro Messina immediately took care of it. As a matter of fact, Mr. Messina took very good care of everything including making an effort to come see us several times throughout his busy schedule. A true active manager. Mr. Messina is top notch including remembering our family from our previous cruise. We even booked another cruise on the Bellisima when we were informed that Mr. Messina was going to be assigned there next year.

The service was phenomenal. Our waiter Roshon and assistant Samuel made sure our dinners at the Yacht Club restaurant were perfect. From excellent choices in wine selection and recommendations in meals we were not disappointed. My wife has a gluten sensitivity and Roshon made such great efforts to accommodate her. Roshon met with the chef prior to our dinner to consult them with her options including adding gluten free desserts. She loved that she could have more than just ice cream for dessert. Happy wife, happy life. Thank you. We will be back and recommend MSC cruises to our friends.
