Cabin: The Haven Deluxe Owner's Suite with Large Balcony

I chose this cruise mainly because of the ship, and was super excited to have both Deluxe Owner's Suites and 1 Two Bedroom Family Villa booked for me and a group of family members. The Haven boasts so much to offer, and the look and feel of the entire Haven complex was done up nicely. Friendly staff, decent food, and extra perks that would make any cruise great.

The problems we encountered were not only surprising, but absolutely ridiculous.

First, embarkation was a nightmare.... Disorderly, people cutting the line, and no real staff (NCL or otherwise) to see that things ran smoothly. Trying to find The Haven check-in once you got through security wasn't exactly easy either. It basically is set just to the side of the main check-in where everyone else is crowding around trying to get to.

The Haven Deluxe Owner's Suite with Large Balcony

Cabin H2

The DOS was nice, but don't forget that Deck 19 is right above and when the crew start moving deck chairs and tables around at 3AM to power wash the deck YOU WILL HEAR EVERY BIT OF IT....
