I wanted to see Panama canal locks. My friends were going. Small dining areas. Not enough chairs for the people to sit. Two small pools. Every place seemed crowded. 14th floor was the meeting place. The rear end was closed. Sports area in the 16th floor of was closed for maintainance. Front end at 7th floor was closed. There was not enough space for the people to see the locks. People were jammed up in dining area. Food was same everyday. We had to buy water. No snack area other than dining area. No activities for entertainment and fitness. Pools were small enough to accommodate only 40. Overall we felt in a very crowded area with no place to go. Excursions were not planned properly. No snack, no guide, no water during all the excursions we took. There were no shops to buy water. We felt like prisoners. The excursions were not comfortable at all. It seemed that company was trying to make money by cutting corners. Not enough supplies in the room like shower cap, hand lotion, shoe shine. The stay was like a three star motel stay.

Very small bath room. No shower cap, hand lotion, etc. It was like a motel room. No complementary water in the room. No drinking water in any floor.
