Cruise was to Cuba and other islands. Went primarily for Cuba.
HAL had some great excursions. We took the Havana and Trinidad tours. Well done.
HAL needs to retrain their staff in the Lido. No one offered drinks or even water. Looks like the staff did not want to be there. Some were downright rude. The desert young lady was outright rude when I asked if they had more sauce for the bread pudding. "Just get some ice cream" she yelled at me. No, lady, just get some more sauce since you just put out a new pan of dessert. Talked to the chef and he took care of the problem so other guests were not inconvenienced..
Cabin Review
Large Ocean-View Stateroom
This was a handicapped room. while we are not handicapped, the room was large and had a walk in shower which was great.
Room needs some updating and walls need to be painted as it looks like the paint was hit with something. Had some water issues in the bedroom area. Had a leak which took a while to fix.
Otherwise it was quiet and a good location. One flight down from the DR.
Kept clean by the cabin stewards.
