Chaos in itinerary. Bad servise. Terrible transparency and attitude. Weather was utilized as an excuse for cutting the ports by 60% while other companies were operating. Service was less than moderate dis embarkment at St Petersburg was chaotic followed by discrimination of passanger who did not use the ship excrusions. Nobody at the company headquarters was willing to pay attention to complaints. The senior crew and company ignored complaints and when answerin the complain letter it was very obvious that nobody went over it thoroughy. I have been cruising like 10 times never before i felt so mis treated. According with the circumstances the company should have apologized and offer som compensation. Pretending that every is ok when all was wrong and most passengers felt alike is notva solution. I certainly will not cruise again with NCL and i will make sure that all my social network will learn about our bad experience.
