So excited to try a new Norwegian ship. Think perhaps the Escape is a bit too big. Leaving New York was more difficult than necessary and disembarkation was simply awful. The cruise itself was exceptional. Why would a cruise line want the last memory of the experience to be negative.

Food excellent especially Moderno, La Cuchina and Cagney's. Excursions went super well. Great time in Florida. Great time in Great Stirrup and loved Balmoral Island excursion in Nassau. Was disappointed we couldn't get the Blue Lagoon but it worked out fine. Loved Balmoral.

Garden buffet is what it is, but could change it up a bit. By the fourth or fifth day, we had sampled anything that looked remotely interesting. Things should shift part of the way through the trip.

Mid-ship Mini-Suite with Balcony

Loved the cabin. In between two sets of elevators. Great shower! Nice balcony. Good steward. Asked to always have ice and always did. Had to make up a bed for our third guest and he did it twice every day.
