The Danube water level was low the week we went (October, 2018) . Therefore, the "cruise" was not what was promised. It was a "bus" trip. We spent more time on a bus than cruising on the Danube. We boarded 3 different ships. Viking knew of the low river level issues for days before our cruise, yet did not cancel the cruise, nor offer a postponement. That is unpardonable. Just as we are required to carry insurance in case we cannot cruise, Viking should also carry insurance in case the trip cannot be performed. We should have been offered a cancellation or refund. Good will, and word of mouth, help or hurt a business. We might cruise again, but not with Viking.

T complete my 150 word review: we did like Vienna the most of the cities we visited. The fellow passengers were all wonderful. We were all taken advantage of.
