We cruised "The Allure" in 2012. So, I'm able to do some comparison. Getting off and on this massive ship was a breeze. We did all the online documentation so, we were able to bypass all the lines. We walked off with our luggage at 630am.

We have always done My Time Dining with no issues. This time was another story. MTD is a broken system on Allure that needs a lot of attention. We were on Radiance Alaska cruise in August. MTD we only had to wait up to 5 minutes. We always had to wait in a long line then wait longer in the lobby area. When the line extended into the elevator areas we choose to get pizza at sorrentos(which is good) and another night at windjammer which was equally crowded. Windjammer is a fast past buffet area so, be ready to keep the flow moving. If your the one to looking at the food your also the one disrupting movement.

Lounging at the pool areas was stress free. Don't bother saving lounge chairs. There's plenty of them. When one area got to hot for us we had no problem finding multiple chairs in another area. Solarium gets hot. There's a 2nd floor area that gets a nice breeze.

Cabin Review

Ocean View Balcony

Cabin 4D

Large Balcony Room. I can't recommend. Balcony was large but had no loungers. Only 2-chairs and a table. Paid extra for a large balcony should include loungers like on other large balcony rooms.
