The customer service was very poor from day one. The mattresses in my balcony stateroom were in desperate need of replacement. The wifi package did not work well and no one wanted to take ownership. I would stand in long lines to then be told come back tomorrow. They billed me for things I didn't use and would send me in circles to get it resolved.

After the first two days of this 11 day cruise the food selection was limited and the quantity sparse. They served the same thing each day. The embarkation and disembarking process in NY was crazy. We were 12 hours late arriving back in NY which is understandable (medical emergency), but the crew handled it so poorly. They made us leave our rooms (many had our luggage with us) they then locked the elevators and people (Senior Citizens) were dragging luggage down flights of stairs. They had lines of people trying to get food while they put out two pizzas at a time. They had six computers for 4,000 plus guests trying to make travel arrangements. The people in the spa were very nice. You couldn't get in to see many shows because the theater is way too small for the number of people on board. I would not consider using NCL again.
