Sailed with my elderly parents and husband.
We paid for assistance as my father is in a wheelchair although this was non existent.
Service in the bars was extremely slow and staff in certain bars down to 1 bar man.
Food was good can not complain plenty of variety.
Ship is looking tired now furniture in the solarium tatty and worn.
The ports of call were very good.
Beware if you buy any cigarettes on the ship they will let you buy as many as you wish without notifying you of the port of country rules. This i feel is unfair as we only purchased 400 each and then Venice port control took 200 each as you are only allowed 200 each. I know we should have known too but surely RCL could notify guests when purchasing.
Entertainment was rubbish most guests were commenting on this who we spoke to during the week just not up to RCL standard.
Time to try another cruise line.
