If you are going to take a tranatlantic cruise, be prepared for it to be overwhelmingly older folks. They told us the average age for the guests was 63 years old.

As far as the entertainment is concerned, we enjoyed it, but for every show the sound was 1) way too loud; and 2) poorly balanced, where the instrumentation was louder than the voices.

I found the food to be above average. We tried four specialty restaurants (Moderno, Cagneys, Le Bistro, and La Cucina) all very good, and also ate at all three main dining room, the buffet (for most breakfasts and lunches) and O'Sheehans once.

Balcony Stateroom

Cabin BD

The cabin was nice, but every evening starting at 10:00 - 10:30 you can hear the loud music from the Bliss Lounge up until around midnight or so.

Also, what is available on the TV is not very good. I realize they want you out spending money, but sometimes I want to relax and watch something on the TV.

Port Reviews

Cobh (Cork)

The ship arrived here on a Sunday, nothing opened until 12:00, that was annoying; plus the English Market in Cork is closed on Sunday.
