I have cruised NCL many times and never have I experienced bad food until this one. First night on the cruise we ordered the Medallions and they were not cut-able or chew-able. Even people I didn't know sent them back. Another night we had some other beef special and it was worse and they were all sent back.

I found th service with mostly american workers was not good.
