We expected way better than this, having previously sailed on Voyager of the seas. Good staff and good food but the accolades stop here.

Balcony stateroom was old and tired. Cupboard hinges broken. Balcony floor was so bad and uneven you couldn't walk on it without cutting your feet.

Air conditioner was so noisy it made sleeping difficult. Could not be turned off and controller was hanging off the wall held only by a couple of wires. Read more
