Let me start by saying, I have no idea what everyone is complaining about, we had a fantastic time on the Seaside, there was 9 of us total. The ship is beautiful and extremely clean. This is a European cruise line owned and operated by Italians, this is not an American cruise line and does not operate as such. If you are looking for a American cruise, this ship is not for you. Almost all of the employees on board are nice and helpful, the sports bar bartenders are short staffed and sometimes rude, follow the rule of treat others how you would like to be treated and you will get along just fine. Give them a smile and say thank you and have some patience, it goes a long way.

Embarkation was great, no lines and stress free. We had the Aureura package and it does come with perks, so no lines and easy.

Ship is beautiful and extremely clean, we had a balcony on the 14th floor, and our cabin was cleaned at least twice daily and on some days more often than that. Never had an issue with a dirty cabin or no clean towels. We had a child and had the fold out couch, there was still plenty of room to move around. Bathroom is kinda small but workable. Closet space is small but we made it work, lots of hangers.

Cabin Review

Aurea Balcony Stateroom

Cabin B3

Cabin was nice, we had a balcony and opted for the pull out couch for our child, still left of plenty of room to move around the cabin. Bathroom is small but workable and closet is small but made that work as well. If you are looking for the hair dryer it is located in the middle drawer of the desk in the bedroom area, not in the bathroom.
