I’m not the kind to complain but I wanted to share...I got ringworm and a rash across my chest on day two of eight day cruise. It appeared while in the thermal spa. When I told the spa they said “there is no way we can know it came from the spa, maybe you got it from the sheets.”

After some research I do see it can be spread on bedding, towels and linens.

Both the Guest services and spa manager pointed fingers at each other and neither took ownership of this mistake. All that’s is sure is I started this cruise without a rash and am ending it with one. Read more
