For the most part we enjoyed this cruise very much, there were a few glitches starting with before we even left, I had ordered a bottle of vodka for our room, there was some glitch on the computer which said error and didnt go through but I was charged through paypal, Princess staff was insistent that I was reimbursed, but I wasnt and still didnt get my vodka and now I am home and the charge has not been reversed, another irritation was The Crown Grill, we had 7:30 reservation, we waited 30 minutes to get in like cattle at the front door, another 30 for the menu and left at 10:15, that is unacceptable. I had a hair reservation that I needed to change, there are no extensions posted in the room anywhere, nor in the blue sevices book. I phoned member services to transfer me, they wouldnt nor give me the extention number. They said I need to go to the department myself, which is ridiculous. My last complaint was on our last day early AM before leaving the ship for home, I get a call that my credit card wont go through and I said try it again, still not working, had to go up at 7:30 to find that they had trasposed the numbers and called the wrong room and it wasnt me. I was not happy. I had stood in a very long line for nothing, which brings me to my last complaint, member services is ridiculous, they need more staff, waiting 30 minutes or more line is unaccepable. I find that most of the ship has not been staffed enough and many of the workers seem extremely stress out. Now keep in mind, after all this we still had fun and are going back again, this time with more information under our belts and a little smarter about things. Happy cruising.

Cabin Review

Mini-Suite with Balcony

Cabin ME

The cabin was nice, but a little small for us, I bumped myself many times and jammed my toe on the door stop on the last day and it's very sore. The furniture could be a little more updated and the bathtub is showing lots of wear.
