We had a great time on Harmony of the Seas with our family of five!

Embarkation was different from the last time we cruised with Royal 5 years ago. You don't get your seapass card until you get to your room. You had to go through security first and then in line for check-in. I had already filled out all the paperwork online before including photos, but they still took new photos there. We had two rooms. We had to go to guest services to see if we could get another card to get into each other's room. We were able to get second cards which worked out perfectly.

The first day had some moments where the staff seemed new and unable to answer questions. We bought 4 soft drink packages and the employee seemed distracted with helping everyone but us. Guest services had a line before the line and the employee told us no we couldn't get the second card to the room but stand in line if we wanted. We came back later when the line was shorter and got the second card so that employee was giving out mis information. Buying shore excursions on ship with two rooms was a pain. We had to get help several times. Tickets weren't able to print out and they were not delivered to our room, so I had to go back down the next day to get them printed out.

Cabin Review

Ocean View Balcony

Cabin 6D

Rooms were spacious considering some of the other balcony rooms I have been in. Very modern and up to date.
