Very low overall level of service on the vessel. Poor control and management in the bars and restaurant. The same cocktail in different bars has a completely different taste. Dish cleaners did their work slowly and lazily. From the side, their discontent with all is noticeable. The general condition of the vessel is not satisfactory. Inside the elevators feeling very hot, the ventilation system does not work. On 4-5 decks, especially in the Lobby area, the smell of petroleum products is constantly felt along with the smell of feces. Being there is simply impossible. There is a lot of dirt and rust on the deck. The water collection system on the starboard side does not work, every day we observed a large puddle near the tables on the deck by the pool from the starboard. Attempts to pump out the water did not lead to success. The animation is low and weak. The animators themselves did not look attractive. The food in the buffet and in the restaurant does not differ delicacy and taste. It is monotonous every day and not presentable. Few fresh fruits, breakfast did not offer fresh vegetables at all. Day at sea is not needed at such a small cruise. A good alternative would be to enter the port of Marseilles or Toulon on the way, and not just hang out at sea with a speed 9 knots. No special entertainment on this day. This was our first and last cruise with Pullmantur. This cruise was chosen only because of the interesting ports on the route. At last, we will not recommend to our friends cruises on the Pullmantur vessels due to the poor general level of service. Nowadays there are many other cruise companies with interesting routes and better high service.

Cabin Review

Cabin 6169
For the entire cruise, 2 times our cabin was not cleaned at all. Steward complained about the heavy workload and lack of time. In the cabin did not work drain siphon in the sink, 2 times called a specialist, but the problem remained. The air conditioner worked steadily; it did not operate at all.
