Sail Date: Oct 2018

Very low overall level of service on the vessel. Poor control and management in the bars and restaurant. The same cocktail in different bars has a completely different taste. Dish cleaners did their work slowly and lazily. From the side, their discontent with all is noticeable.

The general condition of the vessel is not satisfactory. Inside the elevators feeling very hot, the ventilation system does not work. On 4-5 decks, especially in the Lobby area, the smell of petroleum products is constantly felt along with the smell of feces. Being there is simply impossible. There is a lot of dirt and rust on the deck. The water collection system on the starboard side does not work, every day we observed a large puddle near the tables on the deck by the pool from the starboard. Attempts to pump out the water did not lead to success.

The animation is low and weak. The animators themselves did not look attractive.

Cabin Review

Cabin Family

For the entire cruise, 2 times our cabin was not cleaned at all. Steward complained about the heavy workload and lack of time. In the cabin did not work drain siphon in the sink, 2 times called a specialist, but the problem remained. The air conditioner worked steadily; it did not operate at all.

Port Reviews

Port Mahon

Small and nice island. Mahon port visited on Sunday, most of the shops were closed.

Walked on our own, very close to the port.

Corsica (Ajaccio)

Nice town with less attractions. Napoleon's birthplace. Much in the city has to do with it.
