We have been on 61 cruises, of which almost half have been on Princess. This was the worst of the Princess cruises we've been on. Severely cut back on crew, food service, little things and everything. Bare bones. Horrible food in dining room with slow service. Apparent morale problem with 90% of crew. Other cruise ships like their officers walking about and connecting with passengers; we seldom saw any, and those we did see did not make eye contact or acknowledge passengers.

Most fellow passengers we spoke to agreed with us about all of the shortcomings of this cruise ship. In fact, we were unable to go to Osaka Japan because the fuel barge that was to resupply us in Yokohama did not show up when scheduled "due to weather". None of us believed them, thinking that this was one more slip up by someone who failed to schedule the barge. So we had to stay in Yokohama for two more days, thus missing Osaka.
