Sail Date: Oct 2018
Cabin: Ocean View Balcony

We booked this 5 night 6 weeks before it sailed at a good price. We had cabin 7596 which was assigned to us because we did a Guarantee balcony. Will never do that again, this cabin was small, balcony the smallest we have ever seen. It was on deck 7 directly across from the Centrum. The Centrum is the center for almost all entertainment and it is loud. If you like to nap or turn in before 11pm don't book this room. However our room stewart was great, the room could use a update but was clean. We drove to the port and parked right in front of the ship, easy in and out. We prepaid online for the parking which was easy. The musical entertainment was very good. All the musicians in the lounges, etc we enjoyed, seems RCI has chosen better musicians. The shows were good also, no complaints. We ate at Chops which was good, we enjoyed that. The dining room and Windjammer to us was good also. So again nothing to complain about there. We had been on this ship about 10 years ago and have done mostly Celebrity or larger Royal ships but enjoyed our cruise on Brilliance. The crew on the ship was enjoyable, friendly and helpful. The last 2 nights in the dining room they did announce the Chef, crew and sang but that was it. We are Diamond Plus and utilized the Diamond lounge and that was enjoyable also. Our only complaint was the kids, over 200 were on the ship. Kids running everywhere, with the staff telling them WALK please. Every night we could hear kids running above us, we just wish parents would be more mindful of that. However most times the kids were on their own, no parent around.

Cabin Review

Ocean View Balcony

Cabin 2D

Tiny balcony, small room. Not in good location as very noisy from Centrum music.
