I'm a Diamond RCCL member soon to be Diamond Plus... I met the Captain and he was a Nordic European grump whose attitude passed down to many sections of the crew...
The bar staff were horrible, not friendly at all even for Gold Card Suite travelers with Diamond status... Most could care less and where rude... Dirty glasses at the bars and more.
Chops sucked, paid $70 on the last day for a crappy ribeye steak that was thinner and worse than the main dining room... They ran out of the good bone in steaks after 3 days at sea on a 5 day cruise..

Cabin was ok.. Aft of the ship... On the 10th deck at with Wind Jammer resturant above... Every day atthey w 5pm they washed dirty water onto our patio deck when they cleaned...
