We went on the Bliss with a back to back starting out September 30 ship from Vancouver......, This is a Beautiful ship with a great itinerary......the entertainment was fantastic, so much to do on this ship....the food was yummy, we did specialty dining.....love NCL...We Can't wait for our next cruise... The staff and crew were amazing the cleanliness of the ship was fantastic it was just a beautiful all-around great cruise. The only thing negative on this whole cruise was the time that we had to get off the ship to go through San Francisco. We had to go through customs, it was a mandatory that everyone had to get off the ship, The lines were long and you stood in line for hours, however it was of no fault of NCL...... this was the first time that San Francisco had such a big ship dock and everyone had to go through customs so that's what the delay was all about, again it was no fault of NCL. I feel the did the best they could with this situation.
